Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor threats
- Drive adoption of future-ready systems across global operations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
