Qualifications

- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/Web3 products post-2020
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging tech impact
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain development frameworks
