Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Architect cross-functional blueprints for integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with long-term business objectives
- Drive innovation through global hackathons and open-source communities
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Represent company at premier tech summits (Web Summit, CES, TechCrunch Disrupt)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, bio-interfaces, or generative AI
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations valued >$50M
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
