- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 50+ new IP filings annually
- Architect decentralized infrastructure solutions for 2026 digital sovereignty requirements
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Systems, or Future Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies from research phase
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuro-symbolic AI, and synthetic biology
- Published author in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in technology foresight
- Experience securing $10M+ in government innovation grants and corporate partnerships
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
