- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Partner with product teams to incubate future-facing solutions and validate technical feasibility
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions and venture capital networks
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen digital experiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
