Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for future technology projects
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
