Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision and growth targets
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Present complex technical concepts and strategic recommendations to diverse stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes affecting emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future technology solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and startup community
- Experience developing and managing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Certification in technology management or strategy (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) preferred
