Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with engineering and product teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market landscape forecasting for disruptive tech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Mentor innovation teams on future technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in commercializing next-gen technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executives
- Certifications in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
