Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum, bioinformatics, neuromorphic computing)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate strategic tech initiatives into corporate planning
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
