- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology portfolio allocation
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and executive stakeholders

- Mentor technology teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proof architecture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, generative AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption curves
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent advanced credential
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones with distributed innovation models
