- Develop and maintain a multi-year innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives and technological convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product concepts and validate technical feasibility
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Oversee pilot programs for prototype technologies with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
