Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future-tech domains
- Deep expertise in AI governance, quantum computing, or Web3 architectures
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with 3+ year horizons
- Certification in emerging technology frameworks (e.g., CTO Academy, IEEE Foresight)
- Experience with regulatory compliance in emerging tech sectors
- Strong financial modeling skills for long-term tech investment planning
- Published thought leadership on technology evolution (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
