Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies with a 2026 vision, including AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify future opportunities and threats
- Develop innovative product roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and disruptive innovations
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, engineering, and business units
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused technologies or products
- Expertise in analyzing emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking mindset
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO, CISSP) preferred
