Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Monitor global tech policy/regulatory shifts and adapt innovation strategies accordingly
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product development and operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in B2B markets
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
