Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop 5-year tech adoption roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Author thought leadership for IEEE and World Economic Forum publications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS certification)
