Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with market-transforming potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and industry stakeholders
- Build and mentor high-performing teams of futurists and engineers
- Drive patent development for proprietary breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with enterprise-level innovation frameworks
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Entrepreneurial mindset with startup or scale-up experience
