Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging innovations into existing product ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting innovation
- Drive cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating past technology strategy deliverables
