Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Assess viability and ROI of emerging technologies through market research
- Manage pilot programs for next-gen solutions with key industry partners
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience scaling tech products from concept to commercialization
