Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026 horizon
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision
- Manage cross-functional teams from ideation to prototype development
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Experience leading global teams and managing innovation budgets
- Certification in strategic planning or technology foresight a plus
