- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders on technology disruption risks/opportunities
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for experimental projects
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous system deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- 7+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching future-oriented products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience building cross-functional teams across global organizations
- Strong data modeling skills for trend analysis and scenario planning
