Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market opportunity assessments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects with global teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching transformative products or services
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities for executive stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight (preferred)
