Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and neuro interfaces

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate theoretical concepts into scalable product architectures
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
