Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build and manage partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and technology maturity
- Drive organizational change management for new technology integrations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, or Web3 ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certifications in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
