- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to stakeholders and board members
- Oversee vendor partnerships and technology ecosystem development
- Ensure compliance with evolving global tech regulations (GDPR, AI Ethics Frameworks)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech or futures research
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and market trend analysis
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, CIO) or futures studies
- Experience with sustainability tech integration (carbon-neutral data centers, circular tech models)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
