Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready business cases
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research institutions
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethics-by-design frameworks for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and diffusion models
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong network in global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of delivered technology transformation initiatives
