Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and assess emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate future-focused product concepts
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and technology pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and KPI reporting
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Strong financial modeling and portfolio management skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation methodology (e.g., CTO, CEH)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
