Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies with proven track record of innovation adoption
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) desirable
