As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to identify, evaluate, and implement breakthrough technologies across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems. You'll shape our R&D priorities, secure strategic partnerships, and lead initiatives that position us as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Manage a $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven decision making
- Mentor a team of 5+ technical specialists and researchers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience with patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Strong financial acumen with budget management over $5M
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
