- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends and market implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or incubators
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
