- Develop comprehensive technology adoption frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with focus on ROI and market differentiation
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory challenges of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with focus on emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/metaverse)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Excellent presentation skills for executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Strategy) a plus
