Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI-driven automation and quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype next-gen solutions in sustainable energy systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, bio-integrated systems) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic visions into actionable development plans
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for collaborative innovation
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or clean energy tech
- Track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for tech initiatives
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
