- Architect innovation frameworks integrating blockchain, IoT, and advanced AI into scalable solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing technology use cases
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships and ecosystem development for emerging tech adoption
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints focused on next-generation product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, AR/VR, biotech integration)
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into commercial solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, PDMA) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
