Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps integrating breakthrough innovations into core business operations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs and pilot programs for experimental technologies
- Present compelling tech vision and impact analyses to stakeholders and investors
- Drive ethical tech governance frameworks ensuring responsible innovation deployment
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology adoption ROI and market disruption metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing)
- Strategic planning experience with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
