Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 market impact potential
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities for innovation acceleration
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting innovation landscapes
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends preferred
