Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to develop 5-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum, AI, and biotech
- Partner with venture capital to identify and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on technology disruption scenarios
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market readiness
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and exclusive tech foresight forums
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or synthetic biology
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on technology disruption
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized futuristic innovations
