Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Collaborate with C-suite to define strategic technology investments and partnerships
- Oversee innovation labs and prototype development for next-gen solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Mentor cross-functional teams in technology forecasting and implementation
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and investors through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of emerging tech
