Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence) with 3-5 year impact assessments
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework aligned with 2026 market projections
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating breakthrough technologies with existing enterprise systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological strategy with business objectives and investor expectations
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Author strategic briefings on technological disruption scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Represent the company at global technology foresight forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two disruptive domains: quantum systems, synthetic biology, AGI, or spatial computing
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from WFSF or similar)
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with data-driven scenario modeling expertise
- Experience advising C-level executives on technological transformation
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- MSc/PhD in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred
