Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for acquisition or partnership opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation and storytelling skills
