Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring Web4, quantum AI, and climate-tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Present technology adoption strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech integration initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and technology validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong portfolio of implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
