As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, startup founders, and Fortune 500 executives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies. You'll influence multi-billion-dollar investment decisions while pioneering responsible innovation frameworks that balance disruption with societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate-tech acceleration
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital for proprietary future-tech incubation programs
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Author white papers on decentralized AI networks and post-silicon computing paradigms
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging fields like synthetic neurobiology
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to commercial deployment (>$100M ARR)
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Executive-level experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Published author in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tech thought leadership
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
- Patent portfolio in machine learning or sustainable materials science
- CEH/CISM certification with cybersecurity futurism specialization
