Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neurointerfaces, AI ethics) to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Author thought leadership content on future tech implications for our industry
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 3+ years of validated predictions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., biotech convergence, Web3 infrastructure)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; PhD preferred
