- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists and tech incubators
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech evaluation (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS ML, Google AI) preferred
- Portfolio of successful tech transformation projects
