Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech) to develop strategic innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and competitive landscape
- Build relationships with startups, research labs, and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
