Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for tech adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Monitor competitor tech strategies and market disruption signals
- Define KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (VC/startup experience preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
