Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, biotech AI, decentralized systems) to inform strategic planning
- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives for breakthrough applications in sustainable tech and human augmentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record identifying and scaling disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-suite decisions
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
