Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership

- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
