- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate and integrate emerging startups and IP
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with ROI projections
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and innovation impact across global operations
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech implications for industry
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
