As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists, AI ethicists, and sustainable energy architects to develop 10-year roadmaps for disruptive technologies. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum computing, AI integration, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and market disruption opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption curves
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in future-focused journals
- Manage a $5M annual innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking and resource optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technologies with >$10M revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or scale-ups
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Tel Aviv)
- Certification in Technology Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
