Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating breakthrough innovations into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI on innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
