- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformative projects
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible tech innovation
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects to build next-generation capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., AC/FTF or equivalent)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
